Frequently asked questions
How long is the delivery?
Furniture bundles will take about 2–3 weeks for delivery. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you via email or phone to arrange the delivery. For smaller loose items, such as home décor, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Where are the items from?
Furniture items are mostly sourced from China while decor items are made and designed in-house in Singapore. That being said, the long-term plan for BLK25 is to be able to manufacture and bundle our self-designed furniture.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $50 – with an additional surcharge if it is to CBD and Sentosa.
Why the name BLK25?
Our name is inspired by BLK25 in Hougang, one of Singapore’s first-generation HDB flats. These early homes were simple, functional, and full of heart—just like the spaces we will help you create today.
